Unique Properties. A chance to establish yourself in a role to get a position with a different company you can be comfortable and happy in.
Cons
Poor management and communication. One of the VPs bullies everyone, the other lies to everyone. The micromanage over ridiculous things like the use of a word in a brochure but then drop the ball on major things like getting an employee's insurance paperwork entered on time. They don't acknowledge questions or requests but then when they need something they are all over you before you even see their initial request. I kind of always had the feeling I was in a surreal farce type sitcom of people trying to be big shot hospitality gurus all the while missing all the basics of good business and management.
