No pros so ever I saw to be honest

They do not give you the proper time to get the things done, either to much or almost non. They treat their people as income and outcome, regardless what you are trying to do. No management guide when needed, they love taking meaningless photos for LinkedIn

Company has great resources as it is a Big entreprise. Great flexibility depending in your department.

Bad coordination among teams and departments. Career growth is slow.
