1. No formal training 2. People at all designations are almost doing same work 3. Lot of buttering of seniors 4. Forget about your family 5. They can move you at any location ny giving information just 2-3 days before. 6. Very poor transparency among team members. 7. You have to work in team of 1 of 2 members only, and you can take leave only another person is present, and if you are deployed alone on a project, then forget about leaves.
