Cameraderie with colleagues who suffered the same abuse.
Cons
1. Abusive employment practice. 2. Working 7 days a week and in the weekend, you work for free. 3. Unethical practices are being covered up by the management, like the selling of IELTS question papers before the test day. 4. The whistleblower hotline is being used to punish the whistleblower and protect the management. 5. Working from home is for special people and most of them have a second full-time job. I remember when a big boss came from India, all work-from-home staffers were told to pretend they work in the office 5 days/week. Why the lie?
