Pros
1) For a begineer good company to learn, because you need to learn the things yourself 2) If u r manager is good, than u have more chances to learn 3) Different task to perform, so you won't get bored.
Cons
1) Manager knows one thing i.e POLITICS 2) Salary - Not as per market standards. If u can lick u r manager ass. than you will be in the company for longer time 3) QA Department - No automation, No work plan , Single point of failure. Employee will be considered as culprate if there is any failure in project 4) Timigs are pathetic 5) No one to care if u work late nights 6) No employee benifits
