Pros only if someone is willing to obey the orders only and never argue/ Challenge/ questions their supervisor, you can survive for long time.
Cons
Poor Management, delay in salary after leaving, forced to extend shift even they'll call on weekends and no over time pay, I would rate negative if option is available. before even completing of 1 yr of period they'll try to fire you as you could demand increment.
