Nice people. Friendly teams. Great way for new graduates to gain commercial experience and make contacts in industry. I worked at IDTechEx for seven years. When I joined, Dr. Harrop was managing the analyst team and he continued in that role for many years. Therefore, any claim that he lacks experience managing the team or does not understand the responsibilities of the role is incorrect. Over time, Dr. Harrop has personally undertaken every aspect of the position himself. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the company and greatly value the skills and experience I gained there. I progressed quickly within the organisation, eventually managing my own team before leaving to pursue a role in industry.
