Pros
Nothing is good . Don’t join
Cons
No learning or career growth opportunities. Promotions are extremely limited — employees feel that the only way to move into managerial positions is if someone leaves the company. Since the previous HR manager left, the management quality has significantly declined. There are no proper hikes, limited employee benefits, poor compensation structures, and overall weak leadership. The company culture and employee satisfaction have deteriorated due to poor management decisions. Job security is also a major concern. Employees can reportedly be terminated at any time, often based more on personal relationships with managers and HR rather than actual performance. The HR team, including certain managers and leadership members , lacks professionalism. Confidential employee matters are not handled responsibly, and workplace gossip is common. Many employees feel undervalued despite contributing significantly to the company’s growth over the years. There are also concerns about biased management practices. Some managers reportedly do not support employee growth, display favoritism, and create an unhealthy work environment.
