You definitely meet a lot of people and you will learn a lot. The pay is decent and I hear the benefits are nice (wasn't in position to use most of the benefits tho).

* No promotion possible. You'll stay forever in your position. There were some changes recently, but not enough. * Middle managers are often of the pointy-haired persuasion. * Respect is often one-way (you're expected to respect the management no matter what, but they won't respect you back).

Manageable working hours, little class preparation

Non-existent pay considering the criteria of employment, a lot of non-covered expenses, commuting is constant
