Pros
-Great support -Great Communication -They provide both virtual and in person contracts -They are willing to negotiate pay and don't automatically shut you down -I felt valued and respected -They do monthly check in's for the virtual therapists to make sure everything is going okay -Very responsive over email and phone call -Great benefits -I get along with all team members and therapy managers!
Cons
-Not a lot of virtual contracts to choose from at times due to them only contracting in two states (IL and IN)
