Disappointing Decline in Leadership and Culture - RF Engineer IERUS Employee Review

This company once had everything going for it—strong leadership, a great culture, and competitive benefits. Sadly, those days are long gone. The company was founded by four owners, but now only two remain without any explanation provided to the employees. Transparency has completely disappeared, leaving us confused and frustrated. Out of the two remaining owners, one spends all his time on a spinoff company, and the other is constantly traveling abroad. It feels like leadership has abandoned ship, leaving the rest of us to fend for ourselves. They’ve stopped coming to the office entirely, especially after last year's rounds of layoffs, choosing to work remotely instead. In the past two years, bonuses have been scrapped, and this year, our health care benefits were cut as well. The supportive culture and great perks that made this company special are now just memories. It’s disheartening to see how far things have fallen, and morale among employees couldn’t be lower. Without meaningful changes from leadership, it’s hard to imagine a brighter future here.
