Pros
In my role, I am given the freedom to manage and drive a profitable and effective business model within the scope of my assigned region (Boise Metro). Leadership is open to suggestions and/or new ideas. They trust their managers to run their respective parts of the company such that critical and strategic planning can take place.
Cons
It is a regional, mid-size company and as such there are at times difficulties with access to personal and/or resources compared to larger corporate companies. We expect a lot from each of our core team members - from the entry-level part time members on the branch level on up to the corporate team and department heads.
