      Excellent Business leader ship team Very good Business domain(Chemical, Retail, FMCG related) Very good pay scale

      Cons

      IT department is surrounded by Legacy teams who came in the initial days and lacks Process, Proactiveness Strange Designations which will be a problem in case you want to make a move to next level in another company Legacy politics and very weak recognition process. Due to this even good performers are in a mode that "Whatever I do I'm not going to get recognized so why should I strive hard to prove myself"

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
