      Pros

      fun and interesting industry, great people working alongside you. Make great connections with others at customers as well. often entrepreneurial in spirit, you can create your own way (although that part has slipped some)

      Cons

      emotional, sometimes "clicky" management, very reactive despite talking about proactivity. For middle management there is very little work life balance.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      Cons

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
