      Local Indian mindset is killed in past and now currently doing the same. Pay hikes are very selective to favorite faces. Culture is very much suffocating.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
