      Great company, excellent culture, but very lean work force and lots of duties on your plate. Given plenty of opportunity to excel and move up.

      Pay is good, benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
