      Pros

      With the recent mergers (several), there is/was redundancy, however, the opportunities for hard workers (in any Dept - with common sense) across all platforms/divisions remains very high at a local, regional or global level.

      Cons

      An increase in red tape with each merger is being seen.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
