Great group at at the Site - Lab Technician IFF Employee Review

Site management is great close knit crew of people. Most of Management hired in from the Union Carbide/Rhône-Poulenc era at site. ( few Bayer Crop science people are leftover) Lots of experience and knowledge to learn from from these folks. Very safety driven. As the older crew will be ageing out, the next generation is getting ready to take over. Lots of chances for advancement for young folk. Great pay. Site leadership will back you. Unit just celebrated over 20 years+ without time lost injury.
