Cold Calling company that does not value their staff - Telephone Researcher IFF Research Employee Review

Thinly-veiled, dispassionate corporate environment when you scratch the surface. Work is very boring. Forced to purchase equipment to be able to work. IT systems are annoyingly slow forcing you to start work at least 15 minutes early without payment. Encouraged to cold call and call same people multiple times even when they have shown no interest. Communication is inconsistent - ok within social media platform during work, but communication with the central office is one-sided and often ignored. Would give no stars if possible. Worst employer I have ever worked for. Felt completely unvalued.
