      - free fruits - easy work? - that's it

      Cons

      - boring work - low pay (senior dev between 40 and 45k), disgusting for a finically company in the city that do well - completely horrible bonus (they all go to managers and devs get nothing)

      You have where a lot of hats. Learn so much about the industry as a whole. Great people to work with.

      Not too much help when you first start. Can get repetitive at times.
