Pros

Gave interns complete autonomy to work as if they were all full time employees. Allowed interns to work sales process from initial cold call all the way to final contract signing.

Very employee first, good benefits, great work environment, transparent structure and goals.

Pros

decent wage for what it's worth

Cons

it's door to door. I mean it's not the worst, energy product is overpriced relative to others, but they pay well for what it is.
