Pros

Merit raises sometimes every year, low though. Opportunity to transfer if you want if you only know someone. Benefits are some what ok. Company vehicle, gas card, tools.

Cons

Poor communication. Micro managed in all areas of job title. And ever changing policy's to cover gtech if someone gets hurt, it will be you fault. Very unreasonable expectations of job safety policy's. Added job tasks and no raise for extra work required of workers. Always trying to find equipment to fix problems with machines in field and never having GOOD equipment even when it they say its fixed and you look like and idiot when it doesn't work. Work sometimes 16 hour days but on call at under 2 bucks a hour after 8 hours that day. Hear things are not the same company wide and from state to state regarding policy's and work environment. Also the get it done or else attitude from management. And the Your expendable feeling.

Pros

I was allowed to work remotely.

Cons

Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
