Poor work life balance - Accountant IGT Employee Review

Work Life Balance is poor. Management acts like they don't want you to work extra hours, but they don't care what it takes for the job to get done. They cut people and expect more. Lots of turnover and a very toxic work environment. Poor communication, poor senior management and high turnover. Too much negative energy and stress. If you have a family be prepared for them to come last ( in my case). oh and also they love secrets here.
