      Pros

      It is a great program and definitely make a difference in the community.

      Cons

      Main office has a lot of work to do. Management needs to listen to the staff and their concerns. Some managers need to find a new job since they are bringing down the moral of the office. Executive directors know who those managers are and continue to keep them.

      The Izzi/Early Education Team is hard working and committed to bringing high quality early education and care to low income families. They like to have fun, highlight each others’ interests, and provide many opportunities for professional development.

      Cons

      Because it is funded by the federal government there are many regulations - which keeps everyone accountable but can be challenging at times
