Pros

Only pros are the other employees working there.

Cons

Leadership makes it a priority to be inclusive, empathetic, and caring to the "community," yet treat their staff as if they will be replaced tomorrow. Pay and benefits are embarrassing for how much they bring in every year. Staff members in the past have shown interest in sending their children to the preschool and leadership couldn't care less that they couldn't afford it on their salaries. Going around saying what you're grateful for during staff meetings won't pay for the groceries to feed our families. They should take a lesson from the sermons they preach and show the same courtesy and kindness to their own staff. I don't know one staff person not looking for other opportunities.

Pros

Strong, mission-driven organization with a meaningful cause. Talented and dedicated clergy who work hard and inspire. A passionate and committed community of supporters.

Cons

Poor management structure, with inexperienced individuals in key roles. Minimal opportunities for career growth or advancement. Pay is not reflective of the workload; overtime is often not recognized. Management is disconnected from daily operations and out of touch with staff needs. Outdated data management systems that are inefficient and frustrating to work with. The organization tends to rely heavily on staff's passion for the cause while offering limited support or fair compensation.
