Other people are wonderful and very willing to teach and help you grow. The company does a very diverse array of projects, so you can get engaged in a lot of ways.

Frederica is in the middle of nowhere, which isn't for everyone.

I was lucky enough to work with the manufacturing team that built space structures and LTAs. Was able to gain a lot of hands-on experience on a manufacturing floor. My mentor was an amazing person, from whom I learned a lot.

The location wasn't the best.
