Lack of training - Anonymous employee ILYM Group Employee Review

Most of the coworkers were friendly. Chill dress code. Dogs in the office were cute. Great snacks.

The few unfriendly employees really soured my experience. Quality of training was very lacking. The work itself is very stressful, but could have also been because of the lack of training.

Ummm...there aren't many pros. I guess if I had to list one is that they buy snacks for you to eat.

Where do I start...it's a small office, REALLY small. The bathroom is basically inside the kitchen so there is no privacy. The workload is unmanageable and they don't have the resources or infrastructure to work effectively or efficiently. Everyday I would see at least one employee crying from the stress of having to manage a project using a slow computer or printer.
