Hierarchical, process-heavy. Old fashion, all people shoud show at the office.

Great staff to work with, although sadly too many of the best staff are getting pushed out the door or left, so fewer of them are left.

Senior management is completely clueless and out of touch (Insert all old white men or women). The merger is a big disaster. The CEO is in his own LaLaLand most of the time, and the CFO seems completely ill-equipped for the job and very micromanaging. Loyalty to senior management is often valued more than competence. HR has too many loudmouths who don't care about the employes, no effort for employee retention.
