Pros
- was hired on the spot - can be seated most of the day - work is easier than retail/waitressing - lots of hours - clean environment - friendly coworkers
Cons
Management repeatedly either withholds our pay or threatens to withhold our pay for a different reason each time. Every other week there is a new reason why none of their employees can be paid. Management are extremely disorganised and don't communicate with each other. Also you will be expected to do night shifts (11pm-7am) paid at 12.50 an hour, with 30 minutes mandatory unpaid break. In my opinion they take advantage of their employees and you will have to continually fight for your rights in this job. Highly recommend anyone considering working for IMAC to steer clear. Maybe if you're desperate for money this job would be OK for a short while, but don't expect to be paid your full salary, and expect continuous crises to occur while you work here.
