Cons
Everything about this company is laughable. Management acts like they are doing you a favor by letting you work here. They are egotistical and sexist. If you are a woman, don't expect to climb very high on the corporate ladder. Even if you are more experienced and more educated than your male counterpart you will not be paid what you are worth so don't waste your time with them and invest yourself in a real company that actually values your skills.
The overall attitude of upper management is "Come and work harder for longer hours, but we'll make up for it by paying you less and we'll be sure to treat you like crap for your efforts. But don't worry, we'll make it worth your while when we give you a $150 dollar Xmas bonus to let you know that you're lucky to have a job with us because we're Imcor and you're not."
How is this company viewed by most General Contractors? As one Engineer said: "They don't take Imcor seriously.". Probably because the company lacks the talent and resources to be awarded big projects and they're too big a risk because of the internal and financial instability that plagues them. Face it Imcor, you need to stay at the kid's table since you're incapable of keeping up with the grown-ups.
My only advice to anyone looking for a job is to do yourself a favor and keep looking and stay away from this corporation. Management can only be described as dysfunctional and subject to temper tantrums that one normally sees being pitched by two-year olds when they don't get their way. The work environment is toxic and rife with incompetence. Most of the managers here lack integrity and backbone.
