Leadership lacks both talent and experience, failing to implement an effective growth strategy and consistently falling short on executing any devised plans, resulting in negligible progress. Staff are subjected to unethical treatment, and job roles are consistently misrepresented. Communication is poor, change management is appalling, and the organisational culture promotes siloed working and toxic, hierarchical micromanagement, fostering deceitful practices and frantic budget-oriented behaviour. Rampant politics, largely driven by inadequate middle management, overshadow crucial matters like ethics, sustainability, and wellbeing, with mere lip service provided. A significant management overhaul is imperative, as without it, the company's share price is unlikely to see any improvement.
