Pros
Most of the people are hardworking, creative, brilliant contributors who truly want this agency and their accounts to succeed. Health insurance is great, flexible WFH options and PTO are solid (when you're actually able to use them..), catered lunch a few times/week, plenty of parking, beautiful office with views of the mountains.
Cons
Management. Hands down, this place is losing steam because they grew too quickly without adequately staffing a skilled team of leaders. Is every manager poor? Absolutely not, and a lot of them are great. But there are glaring leadership holes in several crucial areas. This leads to an incredibly reactive culture; everything is a fire drill, nothing is organized, and everyone is working 60+ hours/week just to try and stay afloat. During the Holidays? Traveling on client business? You're looking at 70-80. And sure, they love to play the "this is just agency life" card, and maybe that would be fair.. if you were fairly compensated. But you won't be, because fair salaries at this company are reserved for people whose qualifications look great in AdAge PR, even and especially if they have no practical application to the IMM business model. This all leaves a lot to be desired in terms of career growth and salary advancement.
