      Gave more hike so left old company but it was a mistake

      Cons

      They do not give form 16 to me and no hire from their contract company. They gave me c2h on wipro so I joined but people were frustrating. After leaving they give poor experience certificate and do not give form 16 even they don't pick your call and person who hired you even they don't support.

      Pros

      Cloud CX and Avaya systems. I’m good at analyzing issues using logs like Wireshark and identifying root causes quickly. I also have production support experience, so I’m comfortable handling real-time issues. Additionally, I’m continuously learning cloud and integration technologies to improve my skills.”

      “I have basic knowledge of cloud platforms, but I’m still improving hands-on skills, especially in GCP/AWS. I’m currently learning and practicing to strengthen this area.”
