Pros
- non-existent pros at all - no career growth, salary increase is only PHP 500-1k for basic pay only - Indian counterparts are very micromanaging
Cons
- getting into the office during rainy season is mandatory even if there are typhoon - managers have all their favorites (the ones they can manipulate) - you have the chance to get promoted, but without salary increase - getting leaves approved is hard
