      There are great employees here that are a joy to work with, great healthcare and PTO benefits

      Cons

      Lack of healthy communication across teams and from upper management, lack of career advancement opportunities, supporting old and proprietary software, lack of objective performance metrics and vague reasons given for discipline

      Rewards employees for doing a good job at their assigned task. Long history of treating workers well, and plenty of workers build careers and retire here.

      Cons

      Is insurance so the randomness of storms can affect things like employee profit shares and company positioning etc.
