Too much pressure, no guidance from managers and TL 5. Too much politics 6. Salary will be creadited after 15 days of month 7. Worst working culture

      The seniors are very supportive, and the work culture is positive and professional. Office timings are convenient (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM), with Sunday as a fixed weekly off. The salary structure is good, and many employees have been working here for more than 5–10 years, which reflects the stability and healthy work environment of the organization.
