My time as a Team Leader Sales there was disappointing and frustrating due to their unethical practices. iN Technologies employs deceptive tactics to mislead U.S. customers. They run PPC campaigns that misrepresent their contact number as being associated with major service providers like Xfinity/Comcast, AT&T, and DirecTV. Customers searching for support from their actual service providers might end up contacting iN Technologies instead. The company misleads customers with false claims, such as being an authorized dealer and suggesting that service outages or billing issues are imminent. They promise rewards like fake Visa gift cards and claim they can reduce bills by switching services. These rewards are never delivered, and customers are encouraged to provide personal and financial information under false pretences. Additionally, iN Technologies uses customer data inappropriately and has been reported to use clients' credit card details for unauthorized payments. Employees who attempt to address these issues may face dismissal without proper justification. I advise anyone considering working with or using services from iN Technologies to proceed with caution. Their practices raise significant ethical concerns and may lead to unwanted stress and financial issues. Choose a reputable company to ensure a trustworthy experience.
