People: - terrible work atmosphere - the combination of old and older people, with no incentives and ideas and unwillingess to change things and procedures - people don't like to share their knowledge - people have no knowledge on edge technologies - non educated and non skilled people - non - reliable leadership Offices: - new offices with a lot of empty space for playing, no interaction with other people, must give money for birthdays Projects: - extremely boring and old projects on very old technologies - no opportunity to change technology and sector if needed
