      Lots of support from program manager, flexible hours (I'm able to start as early as 6:00 and as late as 9:00) and sick/vacation days, offers CTO

      Cons

      Poor salary, disconnect between HR and Supported Living Staff/Employment Training Specialists, poor gas compensation (35 cents/mile)

      The flexibility was nice. The participants can make the job fun of a nightmare. Some partipant are more engaging than others

      Management blindly will take sides on whomever speaks up first.
