      Easy going, different interesting issues each day.

      Cons

      Decisions to merging companies could have been made better and could’ve been transitioned better. Sales team is understaffed and kind of ignorant. The management structure seems convoluted.

      The people you work with are generally great people

      Cons

      - Communications with employees. We had a ton of information from senior leadership that was pointless but the information we needed to do our jobs well was lacking. - There was literally NO organized training. All training was Ad Hoc and this led to gaps in new employee knowledge which made the company and employees look bad to the customers
