Pros

The flexibility is awesome and the culture is amazing. I went to an orientation in Pasadena and was so surprised by how friendly the on-site staff was and how spot on everything was to how it was explained online. Their software platform is really slick and there are a lot of really cool product campaigns available to service.

Cons

I have not made a ton of money yet, but I have only completed the coursework for one campaign. I am training on a new campaign now and can see the potential opportunity to make a lot of money and work around my kids school and after school activities.

Flexible hours were available I guess

Cons

Changed to Resolution Technologies, then ResTech. Was dishonest regarding pay, opportunities. Lied to clients. Falsified some reporting. Had trouble correctly paying employees. Owner was egomaniacal and purged anyone who wouldn't yes man his plans even when they were dishonest or impractical. Allowed company to fall to pieces while letting his buddies run the place.
