Pros
I started at this company as an intern and transitioned into a full-time engineer, since then the company has grown by a lot as a lot of interns stay on after graduation. The work is hands-on with interesting projects and a lot of cross-team collaboration and good exposure to different engineers. Coworkers are approachable and willing to help, and questions are encouraged by the CTO and leads. Work-life balance is good, with a lot of emphasis on getting things done than strict hours. 401K with company match is great. Management is reasonable to personal things. Overall, a good place for engineers who want hands-on experience and room to grow.
Cons
Benefits are just average, need more PTO
