      Pros

      Lots of lab facilities to use, great colleagues to work with, if you can convince the management, investment of new instrument or even new production process is possible. Good for new hands to learn.

      Cons

      Company grew up quickly in recent years, but not management system, still use people to handle the team, if the boss is good, then it will be fine, but unfortunately the truth is contrary to the ideal one. Be fair to the employees.
