Cons
- Mainly focused on helping unrepresented populations, so not the most helpful if you aren't one of these (ex. if you are asian]
- Their process towards matching you didn't work for me at all, as I finished all of the steps and the system kept saying my tasks were incomplete
- None of the recruiters ever really responded to my followup or requests
