Pros
"Great place to work" if you're upper management as you do what you want. Might become good place again when new Dean arrives and we have leader with focus again.
Cons
The Dean has not cared about INSEAD in his last two years before stepping down and it shows: senior leaders with bad intentions are doing whatever they want. ExCo and HR (maybe together) fire anyone who dare challenge them even if good and popular colleague many years at INSEAD. So-call harrassment policy is ridicule. HR is a poison.
