Pros

Work from home aspect was great.

Cons

Almost Everyone in management is family in some kind of way which results in tension between the sales and recruiting team. If you aren’t in the family you won’t make it far. Management has no idea how to get business other than one main client and keep recruiters. Their salary for recruiters is below industry standards.

Although we have only three people related to another out of the many internal staff, none of our management team is related to another. We certainly hope all our employees feel like “family”! INT treats our “family” members with respect and we do our best to hire exceptional people to service our many clients! For our production staff, extensive research as shown we pay higher than industry norms for commissions and bonuses, in addition to a competitive base salary, making the potential compensation far above our competitors. Pros

Management is incredible at being hands on with employees and helpful. Everybody works together as a team. I've never worked at a place where the team moral was so high. The commission structure is the best I've ever seen and the president is constantly adding extra bonus incentives to get people motivated. It's only place I've ever worked where everyone at all levels are encouraged to call the President and chat with him regularly just because he wants to stay in touch with everyone in the company and see how you're doing. He truly cares about his employees which trickles down to all levels of management caring deeply about the success and struggles of each person in the company. They also really care about the candidates and consultants and take care of them the same they do the recruiters and sales team. It's a wonderful company

Cons

There really aren't any. Any issues we have we are able to bring to light immediately and find a resolution for. Management always listens so there are no underlying employee issues.
