      INTECSea is a good company for career enhancements with varied choices of projects to work - from US based LNG and upstream oil and gas projects, to traveling the world for these projects. INTECSea is a Worley Parsons company.

      Cons

      INTECSea, like most small companies that transitions to a large company, has had difficulties in discovering where they now fit in the oil and gas business stream. Top down communications are still spotty at times.

      INTECSEA is very good at subsea engineering consulting, with the highest pay in the industry.

      Pros

      Most people at INTEC are intelligent and friendly. The reason I have stayed so long is simply that I trust the people I work with. INTEC is extremely good at providing time off and flexible work schedules.

      Cons

      Worleyparsons is ruining INTECSEA by integrating a them into their sweatshop engineering model. INTECSEA is a specialist engineering company and needs to get back to its roots. At present the talent level is continually dropping and the corporate nonsense is increasing.
