Pros

The only Pros about this company is easy access to LRT KL Sentral.

Cons

- Low salary - No EPF and SOCSO. Only once confirmed the company will pay the contribution which against the laws. - It’s an Indian India (Not Indian Malaysia) company so they will micro-manage you for everything. - Incentives were very low compared to the quotation values around RM50 - RM100 per signed quotation. A quotation can vary from a few thousand ringgit to tens of thousands and more. - No work-life balance. - Jeyageetha is an expert in talking. Talk very nice. Will encourage you. Will motivate you but at the end of the day it is you to reach the KPI. - No medical coverage or plan - Very minimum Annual Leave around 8 days (I don't know now how many days)

1.) No proper employees onboarding process i.e Confermation Maill , Offer Letter , Welcome Kit not even an Identity card for the cknowledgement of your employment 2.) No proper probation period 3.) No Incentives / Bonus / Appraisals 4.) Poor Data Maintenance - Employees Performance records 5.) No specified Coffee / Tea breaks 6.) Poor INfrastructure 7.) Weak Top Management 8.) Manipulating HR team 9.) Fake promises like will issue Offer letter on certain date and will never comeback . 10.) Heavy micro managing Top managemnet 11.) Not Save for Female employees as the Top managemnet accussess the employees verbally . Note : Stay away from this Grp company and never fall for those recent reviews as they are completely paid !!
