They have great healthcare benefits, vacation time, community service time and sick time...yes sick time. You hardly find companies who give sick time separate from PTO.

I have not observed any negatives yet.

Small company, friendly managers, a lot of off-site engagements.

The company oversold its image, and lack of management effectiveness in government-facing meetings.
