Pros
Work with different technologies, different projects, never get bored with day to day operations, get to travel and stay in top of the line hotels, the people working there are great, and one of the best groups of people I've ever had a chance to work with.
Cons
long hours, sometimes long weekends, no set remote work, in fact working remotely is usually frowned upon.
